Our Initiatives
1. STOCK GROW
The Stock Event by ERIC, CVS, held on October 20 and November 25-26, 2024, was a dynamic trading simulation where participants tested strategies, decision-making, and risk management in a competitive yet educational setup, gaining real-world market insights.
2. FOUNDER’S MEET
ERIC, CVS hosted an insightful Live Session with Kshitij Gupta on September 16, 2024, where he shared ERIC’s vision, core values, and journey. Blending professional guidance with real experiences, he offered practical advice and inspired the team to push boundaries and uphold ERIC’s legacy.
3. REVER NETWORKING EVENT
ERIC, CVS recently participated in Rever, a networking event focused on connections, collaboration, and idea exchange. The highlight was a case study challenge, where teams tackled real-world business problems, engaging in brainstorming, debate, and quick thinking. Beyond competition, Rever fostered growth, teamwork, and meaningful conversations, reminding us of the power of new ideas and diverse perspectives.
4. TETR STARTUP BAZAAR
On February 22, 2024, the ERIC, CVS team attended the TETR Startup Bazaar in Gurugram, a hub of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Beyond product showcases and business models, it was a chance to connect with founders, hear their stories, and gain real startup insights. The experience aligned with ERIC’s mission, inspiring the team to think boldly, dream bigger, and shape the future.

On August 26, 2024, ERIC, CVS hosted a seminar on securing jobs in Big 4 MNCs. Speakers shared practical tips and personal experiences, focusing on what makes candidates stand out beyond resumes and interviews. It emphasized self-belief, preparation, and seizing big opportunities.
